By downloading, installing, or using RepIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RepIQ is a voice-activated workout logging application that allows users to track their fitness activities using voice commands. The App includes both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App to collect data about other users

5. Premium Subscriptions

RepIQ Pro is available as a monthly subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RepIQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
